I've tried so many things to try to improve: Chessable, Chess.com & ChessKid lessons, chess books, etc. For me, ChessMood is the best. Thanks to ChessMood's courses, I've managed to boost my rating by a whopping 300 points in just four months! On top of that, I recently tied for 1st place in a local tournament! I truly don't believe I could've done it without ChessMood. It's my secret weapon
Been a ChessMood student for a few years and they are worth every penny to me. I see this being a great resource for many years to come.
I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt thanks for the incredible work you've done in creating such wonderful chess videos. I am Ankit, father of Priyanshi Gupta, a 7-year-old chess enthusiast. I was initially very worried about how to effectively teach her chess. Despite my efforts with books, YouTube, and Lichess videos, I was often left confused about how she could complete all these types of training. There was no proper roadmap to follow. However, one day, I came across Chessmood through the Copilot app, where I had asked for a daily routine plan for chess players. The app suggested Chessmood, and from that day forward, our experience has been nothing short of amazing. The videos are exactly what I was looking for. I was particularly impressed with the Ninja series, which was mind-blowing, and I quickly began exploring other videos as well. After just 4 months of using Chessmood, my daughter participated in the Karnataka State Chess Championship. To our surprise, although she was initially stronger with the white pieces, thanks to your videos, she excelled with the black pieces, winning almost all her games on the black side. In the end, she secured the 18th rank and won 5 out of 9 games in the under-7 category, which was beyond our expectations. And next month she is participating in National chess tournament. Thank you so much for the exceptional content and the impact it has had on my daughter's chess journey.
I was struggling at 800 elo for six months due to less structured courses. Just got a gift plan and studied tactics ninja and whitemood opening. Now reached 1145 elo on chess.com rapid 10 minutea within a month.
I was 1100 in lichess in classical time control. Then I started to focus on classical time control I raised a lot of rating and currently I touched 1900 but then came to 1862 rating and I also play some classical tournament and I sometimes win and sometimes I lost but from the loss from strong players I learn what tactics they use. the calcman course helped me for good calculation. in some puzzles I do the calculation so it increased my puzzle rating to 1820. I LOVE CHESSMOOD!!!

I learnt chess a year ago and started on Chessmood 2 months ago in Jan24 after my Father subscribed to it. It has helped me sharpen my tactics and taught me how to coordinate attack and defence. I also like playing the chessmood openings, particularly the Scotch as it plays into my strength in tactics. The opening also gives me an edge over my peers as they are mainly used to seeing traditional e4 Giuoco Piano and four knights. In the recently concluded Singapore National Schools U-8 competition in March 2024, I came in 5th position out of about 200 participants. I won all my 4 games with White Scotch Opening and 3 out of 5 games with the French attack. I can now qualify to join the Singapore National Junior training team. I look forward to continued improvement and success in chess with Chessmood as a great training tool
I am 82 yrs old and have a chess library of over 100 books, but have learned so much more with ChessMood than my whole chess career, starting at age 11! Thank you so much Avetik and crew.
I raised from 1600 to 1950+ in just 1 year in chess.com rapid.
I just won my 1st ever tournament because of the advice in the course "BlunderProof". It was a local tournament at Hastings Chess Club for under 1850 ECF rating. I made sure I warmed up, and practiced hyper-focus, keeping the mood and relaxing only at the end. I was 3/3 after the 1st day, went into the 4th game on day 2, and lost, but kept the mood and won my final game to finish 4/5. It was a tie for 1st with 2 others, but still my 1st ever!
