We’ve built a tight-knit global community — chess lovers all around the world.

Thousands of them are happily paying for the knowledge, the support, and the transformation.

And now comes the biggest thing yet:
We’re building an AI Coach that’s going to completely revolutionize chess learning.

So yeah… we’re not that small anymore.

Last year we crossed $1 million in annual revenue.

With a small team.
And almost zero marketing.

How?
Hm…No idea.

The only guess is we did everything with love.
We poured our hearts into ChessMood — into the product, into the people.
And it seems we didn’t do too bad 😊 

But okay.
We did everything not professionally.

Metrics? No clue.
Processes? A beautiful mess.
OKRs? Wait — what’s that again?

And now… it’s time to fix it.

I love Chess. Teaching. Building cool things that shape lives.

That’s my zone. That’s my superpower. 

But managing projects, aligning teams, building systems, executing the plan…?
Nope. Not my thing.

The company is based in the USA, but most of our teammates are in Armenia (Dubai time zone).

We’re remote-friendly — but this position is on-site.

That doesn’t mean you can’t travel or work remotely from time to time.

I give my teammates — and myself — freedom, and ask for responsibility.

Happiness comes first.
If we’re not happy, how can we deliver happiness?

I’m kind.
But I can’t tolerate slowness or stagnation.

I want speed. I want growth.
