Over the past 7 years, together with my beloved team, we’ve built one of the leading chess platforms in the world — a home to hundreds of thousands of chess lovers.

The student gives us their games (just an online nickname is enough), answers a few quick questions — like age, available time, and goals — and then… Coach Charlie does the magic.

   • It’s okay if you’re not a Master (yet. lol) but loving chess is a MUST. 
   • You’ve worked with open-source chess tools — like Lichess APIs, PGN parsers, or Stockfish integrations.
   • You’ve built something real with AI that people actually used.
   • You know how to put ML and LLMs to work — not just experiment, but ship useful stuff.

      ∘ Big plus if you’ve played with RAG retrieval, CLIP, vector databases…
      We’ve got some crazy ideas on how to use them for Charlie — and maybe you’ll bring even better ones 💡
